Our billing system

The Avenue Family Medical Clinic operates on a mixed billing basis. This means that a gap fee is charged only if the patient does not hold a concession card or pension card. Children under 16 years of age are treated as concession card holders for billing purposes.

Flu Vaccine appointments will be bulk billed and the vaccinations – covid and the flu vaccinations do not incur any fees.
